I would say that my design style uses a lot of bold colors and sharp compositions. One of my recent projects from Graphic Design 272 really shows my personal style and my personality. It includes a 6 word memoir that describes me and I paired it with a record and one of my favorite songs. Click here to see the full video.
When I was a kid, there was a specific set of design tutorials on Youtube. They were regular objects with a specific style of eyes. I used to follow these tutorials and then create and draw my own designs with the same style (including the eyes).
I love to get a lot of inspiration from vintage punk magazines and posters. I really like punk music and the overall style from that movement. I love the design styles that they have. The images to the right are projects I have completed that have tried to create with a similar aesthetic to 'punk'.
I think the difference between a print and a digital product is the way people interact with it and obviously the physical aspect and size of them. With a print design, there is one composition to look at and interact with whereas a digital design can have multiple compositions that create different ways it can look like a website for example.

The last time a digital design surprised me was looking at websites for homework. I didn't realise how complex or simple websites can be. One of the ones I chose has a really cool way of navigating the website and I didn’t realise you could do that. I would love to be able to create a complex website at some point in my career.
The thing I am most interested in learning from this class is App Design. It will be really interesting to see how different or similar is it from creating a website. It is going to be really fun to create something completely different to what I usually create.
Interaction design is overall the physical way people interact with design but I also think it is also about how users feel when looking and interacting with a design. Good interaction design will make a person's experience with the design enjoyable. It should be easy to navigate but also not too simple that the user gets bored.
UX and UI are both to do with user experience and the way a design looks. They both help make a design function well and look good. They are very important for design and can determine in whether a design is good or not. Personally, I haven't thought much about either of them so far but I hope to focus on them more as I progress in my graphic design career.
